Delivery
Is made with one of our tipping trucks. Delivery is made to a point accessible to the truck. We may not always be able to place the wood were requested due to truck size restraints. Wood will be left in a tidy pile which you will need to arrange to move and stack.
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund prior to the firewood being loaded onto our delivery truck. This must happen via phone. Once wood is loaded onto the delivery truck there will be a $50 discharge fee for cancellation.
Scheduled delivery day and time can be changed due to wet weather. Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you’d like to reschedule your delivery. We retain the right to cancel any firewood order at any time, for any reason.
At certain times of the year, we do have long lead times before delivery.
Firewood Product
Firewood is a natural product – Log size can & will vary. Wood can contain bugs and insects. This will not affect the burning quality of the firewood.
All firewood cubes sold are thrown cubes.
Logs are partially stored outside in the open air – This allows the centre of the log to remain dryer through the winter months. The firewood is then moved into bins and covered for the remaining time till delivery.
Your firewood may have some surface moisture which will release quickly. Split Pine is a soft wood – this needs to be considered when buying through winter months. Please allow some extra time for drying before burning.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, contact us immediately via email with proof of issue – photos etc.
Please note – This must be done within 24 hours of delivery of firewood. The Firewood needs to be in same placement as delivered. Be covered & protected from any rain until we are able to return to inspect & collect it.
It is your responsibility as the firewood purchaser to confirm you are happy with the firewood quality upon delivery. You have the right of return within 24 hours of delivery.
